How does it work?
Planning with me is easy and fun! Whether you know exactly where you want to travel or need a bit of inspiration, I will help guide you while providing professional, personalized attention, and superior service to create the most memorable travel experience. You can be as involved in the planning as you'd like or let me lead the way.
After we discuss your travel wish list, I will begin researching the best options for packages based on your preferences. I will share a few sample itinerary's with you and we will begin to narrow down all options. Once you choose the best package, the rest is up to me to secure all aspects of your package and get you confirmed and ready to travel.
Please note I do not have a storefront location. I am a home-based Travel Planner, therefore, all communication will be via email, phone and scheduled zoom calls only.
How do I get started?
Budget: Having a budget in mind is most important as my packages range from moderate to high-end luxury.
Dates: Dates are key (or a range at best). Please share a few dates that you'd ideally like to travel, dates that you are not willing to travel or that will not work for you.
Preferences: Think about what you would enjoy or not want as part of your vacation. If you prefer an adult only, all inclusive compared to a family-friendly resort, or private European tour compared to renting a car and self guided. Do you love the thought of Aruba but not Jamaica? Do you want to cruise but only from a local port because you won't fly? These are things I need to know.
These important factors are a few of the examples that will help me focus on specific destinations and pricing options for your vacation.
If you're splurging on a luxury getaway or traveling on a moderate budget, I’ll create the best package that fits for you and we work together to sort through options and make it a reality.
I work directly with Tour Operators & Cruise Lines to customize itineraries, specifically tailored to you and your travel companions.
What types of vacations do you plan?
I specialize in planning All-Inclusive Resorts and Cruises throughout the Caribbean and Bahamas, select European Tours and Vacation Packages including Accommodations, Tours and Transfers, as well as Travel Protection package options.
I plan all services with Preferred Vendors and Tour Operators who offer us specially negotiated and contracted rates for airfare, rail, accommodations and tours, therefore, all pricing is provided as complete packages and will not be publicly itemized.

Air-only bookings
Resort-only bookings with stays under 4 nights
Tours and Excursions only
Dining reservations
Airport Parking reservations
Airbnb or VRBO properties unless specially contracted with our vendors in Europe or the Caribbean (ex. villa rentals). Please inquire for more information about specific properties.

What are your most popular packages/destinations?
The most popular vacation destinations are the Caribbean Islands (Aruba, Curacao, Jamaica, and Turks and Caicos) as well as select luxury European packages (Italy is our top travelled destination!) **European packages are offered on a limited basis and for select countries only.
Who do you plan vacations for?
I plan for families, couples, friends and groups of Northeast residency, (mostly NY) who are ready to plan unforgettable vacations. In a fast paced, ever changing world of travel, most of my clients come to me to plan for them as they don't have the time to research, know how or where to begin, or simply may not have interest or knowledge to plan on their own.
Nearly all of my clients are referral based.
How do we pay for our vacation?
I gladly accept most major credit cards. Credit card payments are processed via phone or a secure email payment link. Cash or check are not accepted. Please discuss optional payment plans.
Are there fees to plan or book a vacation?
At this time, I do not charge consultation or additional fees for my planning services. I am compensated directly by the resorts, tour operators and cruise lines that we partner with, after you have returned from your vacation.
What if I need to modify my reservation?
Not to worry! Give me a call or send an email. I will handle any modifications or cancellations on your booking for you prior to your departure.
Please be aware carriers may incur additional fees or penalties direct from the airline, tour operator, resort or cruise line. Please review cancellation/modification policies in advance.
WHAT IF I HAVE delays, cancellations or ISSUES WHILE TRAVELLING?
IMPORTANT! Prior to departure, all guests will be provided phone and email contact information through our Tour Operators for in-destination issues or concerns. (for example: flight delays or cancellations). The in-destination representatives are readily available 24/7 (particularly when we are not available or offices are closed) and will assist in addressing the issue in a timely manner.
Flight issues: If you encounter any flight problems during your vacation, there are steps you can take to get back on track as quickly as possible. All delays and/or cancelled flights should be handled by the guests directly with the airline - via ticketing agents, customer service line or via the airlines app, to promptly assist you. The airlines have complete control over the flight schedules, however, please also utilize the in-destination travel phone lines, as provided, to notify them particularly if the delay or cancellation may impact transportation, hotel stay or cruise. Next, please email to notify me of any major disruptions so I am aware and may follow up as necessary.
If you are in-destination and are not satisfied with a particular service or have a complaint, please address your concerns with the resort front desk, concierge or management, a cruise staff member or tour guide directly -while you are onsite. If guests need to file a formal complaint post-travel, please do so as you feel necessary. This is the sole responsibility of the guests to initiate and follow up, particularly if the goal is to obtain compensation or refund.
If you have an emergency while travelling, (for example a health emergency with an urgent need to change travel plans), after you are able to seek care, please utilize the emergency contact phones that will be provided to you prior to travel so they may assist in rearranging travel plans however necessary. Please alert me via email or phone to notify our office of the emergency so I am aware and can follow up as necessary.
All Travel Insurance Protection/Coverage inquiries and claims are at the responsibility of the guest.
