​We just returned from a trip to Turks and Caicos that we booked with Laurie. Laurie was so patient with us while we were deciding on the destination. I could not imagine ever traveling again without Laurie. From the moment I reached out to her, after she was recommended to help plan my honeymoon, she was incredible. She listened to everything we wanted and gave so many recommendations for countries and resorts to stay, and she constantly sent rates and packages for all of the different places I was looking. She handled all of the major tasks of booking, communicating with the resort, and finding out the travel requirements for us with COVID restrictions. I told her what activities we wanted to do and she set them all up for us. She was so friendly and helpful, and I could not imagine trying to do this without her. If you think that you can plan a big trip without Laurie... think again!

Laurie is the only travel agent I will use moving forward. Laurie helped my family book a Disney Cruise and she made the entire process as easy as possible for us. Laurie was knowledgeable, efficient and easy to reach when problems did arise. For instance, we had issues with our Disney Cruise app while booking excursions and Laurie was quick to help and contact Disney for us (multiple times) and provide answers. We also had questions about vaccination statuses pre-cruise as policies were changing, and Laurie was quick to contact Disney for us and relay their information.
