TRAVEL PROTECTION: WHY YOU SHOULD ALWAYS TRAVEL WITH IT...
Millions of people travel annually and not everyone purchases Travel Protection - likely because they are not aware of how it protects them before, during and after travel.
Today, some destinations require travel protection or another form of medical insurance coverage due to the pandemic. We will automatically include travel protection coverage to all of our packages with various tiers unless declined by clients who wish to purchase via 3rd party.
Before purchasing a particular travel protection plan, please be sure to read complete Coverage details on how a particular policy may limit or exclude coverages related to COVID-19.
Here are some of the basics on Travel Protection: Trip Cancellation Standard travel protection will reimburse travelers for their insured pre-paid and non-refundable trip costs if they have to cancel their trip due to a covered reason. The covered reasons vary by provider and plans and may include: Emergency Evacuation Medical Expense Trip Delays Trip Interruptions Missed Connections Baggage Delays
Affordability Travel Protection Plans are extremely inexpensive when compared to the potential risks of a canceled trip, illness or other unexpected event. Purchasing Travel Protection allows for peace of mind at a fairly low price. Most companies offer different tiers, too, like a travel credit or partial refund/partial future travel credit. Some higher premium coverage will offer a cash back option (less the cost of your prepaid premium.)
Coverage details and premiums will vary. For specific coverage queries, guests will need to contact the Travel Insurance provider directly.
*NOTE: All Travel Protection Insurance Claims are at the sole responsibility of the guests. We do not submit, inquire or offer information on any claims at any time.
*A signed waiver or other acknowledgement will be required should you decline travel protection that has been offered to you through our Tour Operators. Should you purchase protection separate from what has been provided to you, we require documentation of confirmed coverage.
